Hi there,
Measured myself for the first time since I started weight watchers last night, and it was a pleasant surprise. I lost a total of 31.5 cms off my whole body (all the losses added together) the best was off my hips 9cms and waist 7cms. It was good to look at the weight loss from a different angle!
