WEEK 2 DOWN - WITH SUCCESS

So 2 weeks down and 3.3 kilos shed.. looking at that - its great! looking at the loading I did in December, Im still not back to my 83.. I weighed in this morning instead of yesterday at whatever time i climbed my hangover out of bed! We had a massive sunday, lots of fun though. Friday i left the wedding early with the trotts, and that kept me in bed or on the loo for the next 30- 40 hours.. then sunday i was right, had a massive day on the bus trip and ate and drank too much, then in a fit of hangover bingeing yesterday i thought i was sure to gain when i weighed in, especially after losing a whoping 2.9 kilos in the first week!

i didnt - i lost, I lost 400grams which brings me to 3.3 in 2 weeks! My January goal was to be back at 83, and im 1.2 kilos off that, which is this weeks goal! I have decided this weekend will be grog free, ill drive to the engagement and 21sts that we have on instead, good excuse and then ill feel good sunday, wont turn to the fridge for comfort and I can look forward to a good weigh in!

And were only the 16th of the month, so things are looking good even after the bender weve just had and how crook i was feeling over the weekend, i said to chappy though - its very interesting to know as soon as i go off track and go wild with the food side of things, my body sticks up its nose and gives me tummy pains and the runs! so its not letting me off easily!!

Tonight im going for a swim to cool down after work and then ill go for a walk after tea, latina light pasta (ricotta and spinach) with latina garlic and onion sause for tea tonight, i look forward to that each week! such a better pasta alternative for the week! and then ill sit down to night and plan the rest of the week out..

Lucky to be here today.. car blew a tyre on the way to work this morning and the tyre man came to fix it and said i was lukcy i was only going 50-60 and around the corner, because the state my tyres were in i was lucky to be here still! it was a bit of a shock and that was the good news after he tells me i need 4 newys and then i go home at lunch and theres even more bills on the bench... they were extra ones we werent really expecting to be as much for stuff around the house so its set us back a bit! Lucky im cleaning as a second cash job otherwise i dont think we'd leave the house!!

Got lots of photos from the weekend that ill definately post when i get my camera into work, have a great week all of you, week 3 of Jan, lets make the most of it! The easter challenge is a great incentive too! Chat soon x

Congrats on the loss! Seems like you're right on track and heading in the right direction at a reasonable 'speed'. Keep up the great work!

Glad to hear that nothing happened when your tyre blew!

Hey Jenn... another great loss - gee you're a social butterfly aren't you!! I'm kinda glad i'm living like a hermit at the moment - helps keep me focussed LOL

Yeah I got engaged on christmas day but haven't set any dates yet. Kieron is o/seas with the army until april so probably won't start doing any planning til then but a girl can still dream!!

So at this stage i'm just working on looking hot at the engagement party when he gets home LOL!!

Have a great week - and hey that cleaning job must be accounting for a huge amount of exercise - that's darn hard work!

Can't wait to see your pics

Well done!!! You are definitely on a roll ... keep it up! You are a real inspiration - thanks for keeping me motivated!

I did well with the steps last week - over 10,000 each day except for two days when I wore a dress and had nowhere to put the damn thing! lol, I'm so used to wearing pants!

Gee I'm so glad you didn't have a serious accident because of those tyres! I know they're expensive to replace, but it's not too good thinking of what could have happened..

Hope you get a chance to post some pics during the week - looking forward to seeing them..

Have another great week! chris xx
