Have a great weekend everyone. last night and today both going well, planning on following through with a great weekend. I hope you all plan and track and have a great weekend too! all the best for weigh ins next week. We seriously CAN do this!

Quiet night tonight, yummy open scotch fillet on turkish bread and rocket (with field mushroom) sangas for tea.. yum yum. then tomorrow night lasagne, sunday night seafood risotto, what a yummy weekend of food, and nothing to blow the budget!

I think this lovely weather has bought about a lot of good habbits. keep it up and enjoy the couple of days off. I know I will!
